1. Transmission of braking medium
Brake hose, also known as brake pipe or hydraulic hose, is mainly used to transmit braking medium, such as brake oil, to the brake shoes or calipers in the braking system, so that the vehicle can effectively brake.
2. Ensure sealing
By combining the inner corrosion-resistant material with the reinforcement layer, the brake hose ensures the fluid tightness of the brake system in high-pressure environments, preventing medium leakage from causing brake force attenuation or failure.
3. Adapt to dynamic deformation
By utilizing the characteristics of flexible materials, brake hoses can stretch and deform in response to bumps, turns, and other movements during vehicle operation, while maintaining stable performance in extreme environments such as high temperatures (such as brake friction heating), low temperatures, ozone, etc., avoiding the risk of fracture caused by rigid connections.
4. Tolerate complex environments
The outer protective design enables it to maintain stable performance in the temperature range of -40 ℃ to 120 ℃ and harsh conditions such as ozone and oil pollution, preventing aging, cracking or corrosion failure.
Note: If the brake hose ruptures, blocks, or ages, it will directly cause brake lag, insufficient braking force, or even complete failure, and regular inspection and replacement are required.
